Top Pro - Rodney “The Rocket” Morris Propels His Web Presence With the Help of AZBilliards.com
June 5, 2009
“I just wanted to get my personal website up so people can see what I’m up to these days.” commented Rodney as he was preparing to head off to compete in the UPA World Summit of Pool in Las Vegas on June 3rd.
I recently caught up with Mike Howerton of AZbilliards who created and will maintain Rodney’s new site. Here are a few comments from Mike…
“I saw that Rodney’s site had been down for quite some time, and with him moving to Arizona it was a perfect time to build something new for him” Besides that, I am always surprised that Rodney has struggled finding sponsorship in the industry.
He is a crowd favorite and he is one of the few players out there that makes the game look easy. If his website can help him in any way, then it was worth the time and effort.
I have always thought that Rodney was a great player and I felt that he needed a web presence that was on par with what some of the other top Americans are doing.”
