The prospective new tour NACPBA, which was working towards building a multi-million dollar pool tour, and taking the game of pool to a higher professional level bails out.
Many players were looking at this new tour as the light at the end of the tunnel for them to be able to survive in the sport that they love. This tour re-vived players level of excitement with the possibility of having a “Professional Pool Tour” that payed big money, which stirred up big dreams.

Monday Night Handicapped 9 Ball Tournament: Master Billiards (Sunnyside, NY)
The local Monday night tournament drew 48 players of all skill level.
There were many more C and D ranked players than top players in this tournament, by close to a 2-1 ratio. There is a surge in lower level emerging talent that is stepping up and looking to get into and quench their thirst for competition.
On the A side: “Flaco” Tony Rodrigez, “Alaska” Sean Morgan and Bobby Blackmore were all playing lights out
On the C side: George P, Arthur Rosen seemed to be firing on all cylinders on this night.
